Please contact us by phone or email. Let us know your preferred date and location for the party, the number of children you will be inviting, the age of the birthday individual, and the duration for which you would like us to entertain the children. We will provide suggestions and pricing based on your specific requirements.
Where the event takes place at your premises, we depend on you to ensure that the available space meets our minimum operating requirements of 12 x 12 meters (larger spaces are preferable). The area should be clear of obstacles, debris, and animal waste. We will review this with you before finalizing the booking. Access from the road to your premises should also be considered. (either external entrance or through your property) and will require a parking space large enough for a vehicle with a trailer.
We are located in Wellington and can service a wide area, including Upper and Lower Hutt, Porirua, and the Kapiti Coast. Delivery outside Wellington may incur additional costs. Please contact us with your specific requirements.
If you are hosting the event outdoors and the weather forecast predicts heavy rain closer to the date, you should consider rescheduling the event or moving it to a nearby indoor venue. Please review our terms and conditions, which outline considerations in the event of a cancellation due to weather.
If we are able to bring our trailer nearby the door that leads directly into your selected venue we can complete the setup in 45 minutes and the cleanup will take the same amount of time, so please consider this when arranging venue hire times.
After finalizing all the details with you, including the date, time, venue, and number of guests, a deposit of $100.00 will be required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance should be paid 48 hours prior to the rental date.
For party hire options, we deliver the vehicles with fully charged batteries, and our team will ensure that the cars remain drivable throughout the duration of your event.
